Stretch Therapy

Stretch Therapy

Stretch Therapy is a one-on-one guided service where trained therapists help improve your flexibility and mobility through targeted stretching sessions

Stretch Therapy is about giving more to the clients who trust us. As your neighborhood clinic, we’re dedicated to keeping you active, mobile, and in top shape – even when you’re not injured. Our service goes beyond treatment; it’s about keeping you active and able to enjoy the things you love.

In each session, our Stretch Therapists guide you through targeted stretches that progressively challenge your range of motion, allowing you to achieve deeper stretches than you could on your own. Stretching is not just for athletes or those recovering from injuries. It’s a crucial part of maintaining overall health for people of all activity levels. Incorporating regular stretching into your routine can support your body’s natural range of motion, keeping you moving with ease as you navigate the demands of everyday life.

Whether you’re aiming to stay active or push your performance further, our Stretch Therapy sessions will help you continue doing what you enjoy with confidence.

How Does It Work?

Clients begin with an Assessment Stretch, where we guide them through a movement screen and set personalized goals. From there, treatment sessions are either 25 minutes or 50 minutes and include a combination of static stretching, PNF stretching, and massage gun therapy. These techniques are used to help clients achieve deeper stretches and improve mobility over time.

PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) is a technique that involves a cycle of stretching and contracting the muscles. This method helps to increase flexibility more effectively by engaging the muscles actively during the stretching process.

Who Provides The Sessions?

Stretch Therapy sessions are delivered by trained professionals with certifications in Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA), Athletic Therapy (AT), or Kinesiology (Kin). These professionals have extensive training in anatomy and pathology, ensuring they provide effective and safe stretching techniques. They also complete our internal training program to become Stretch Therapists.

Stretching feels great right after your first session, and you can expect to notice improvements in how your body feels immediately. We provide you with a home routine to continue your progress between sessions, ensuring that your improvements are steady and long-lasting.
