Haley Stenberg
Physiotherapist, BKin, B.M.R.
Haley is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation Physical Therapy (2013) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She has worked in the orthopaedic and injury setting since that time. Physiotherapy has been her passion from a very young age, so she has volunteered and worked in a physiotherapy setting since the age of 15 years old.
Haley believes in lifelong learning and has since achieved her Acupuncture, Advanced Acupuncture and her Dry Needling accreditation. She is also pursuing her orthopaedic level three courses and has acquired added courses of the shoulder, ACL injury prevention and rehabilitation, advanced exercise and physical literacy.
Haley believes in an active approach to treatment. She finds manual therapy techniques, myofascial release, exercise and education to be extremely useful tools to the client for improving pain and function, and as well, preventing further injuries. Haley takes pride in tailoring individual programs for each client’s specific needs.
Haley has enjoyed devoting time to volunteering in sports such as soccer, volleyball, the MS Bike Tours and Physio Fit Runs. Staying active is key to physical health, so she eagerly participates in working out, running, playing soccer, biking, and hiking.
